1. Consultation Cancellation
- Start from first: You can cancel the consultation before it starts - there will be no fee.
- Start of after: A per-minute fee applies as soon as the consultation begins; the amount of time talked about will be charged. You can always stop the consultation by pressing "Finish" - there will be no fee after that.
2. Wallet

3. Store/Puja Order Cancellation
- Physical products: Cancels can be made before dispatch - full Rashi (Zodiac sign) will be returned. Cancellation is not possible after dispatch.
- Puja/Services: Cancellation before the date / start of service can be refunded by deducting the applicable fee; cancellation after start is not valid.
4. How to Cancel
