1. How to Delete

Within the app: My Account → Below “Delete Account " → confirmation do।
From this page: Login below and make a request
From the e-mail: From your registered mobile / email info@nakshtratak.com Write to - We'll take action in 7 business days by verifying identity.

2. What will be deleted, what will be kept

Name · Mobile number · Email · Photo Birth-Tithi, Birth-Time & Birth-place Saved coils and matches Delivery Address In Astrologer account: Bank details and uploaded papers	GST invoice — Under the Indian tax law 8 Year Keeping up is a must. These contain the name and mobile printed on the invoice; we cannot remove them. Accounting of Transactions ( Rashi (Zodiac sign) and date) - for audit, without personal identification. The old conversation — This is a shared record with Astrologer (also required in a complaint / dispute). It doesn't connect to a person after your name, number, and birthdate are removed above.

3. How much time it takes

Immediately: Account Closed - login closed, Astrologer - removed from list, all sessions ended.
30 day of inside: If you change your mind info@nakshtratak.com You can restart the account by writing to.
30 day after: All personal details mentioned above are permanently erased. A return is not possible after this.

4. Remaining balance in wallet Rashi (Zodiac sign)

Remaining in the wallet when deleting account Rashi (Zodiac sign) forfeited It happens and it doesn't come back. You'll be shown this Rashi (Zodiac sign) before confirmation - use it first if you want to. Astrologer - First if there is any remaining income in the account payout Request, then delete the account
