• Birth-Details: Chart/counselling for Birth Tithi, Time & place।
• «My Gochar (transit) "weekly notification: If you turn this information on yourself, your birthdate is only saved for weekly visitation and status information calculations. As soon as the information is closed, it is immediately deleted.
• Consultation Content: Details of your chat/consultation with Astrologer
• Payment: Transactions are processed by our partner Razorpay — We do not store your complete card/bank details।
• Voice/Microphone: The microphone is used during audio consultation calls — Calls are not recorded. Voice messages and Astrologer's voice introduction are recorded on your own initiative and stored to provide the service.
• Files/Photos: Documents and images sent by you during the consultation/question are stored for service purposes.
• Push Notifications: Your device's notification token (Firebase) is stored to send service notifications (such as consultation calls).
• Astrologer Accounts: Bank details provided by you for payout by Astrologer are securely stored.
• Technical: General device/browser information, location (for city search).

2. How We Use It

• To provide Kundli (Horoscope)/Panchang/Horoscope and consultation services;
• For payment, wallet, and order management;
• For service improvement, support, and security;
• For sending essential notifications (OTP, service-related messages).

3. Whom We Share With

• astrologer: Birth details and your questions required for consultation are visible to Astrologer.
• Payment Partners: Razorpay to complete the transaction
• Legal: Upon any legal requirement or valid request

We do not sell your personal data for advertising.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser storage for login sessions, language preferences, etc. You can clear these from your browser (this may log you out).

Google AdSense ads appear on some of our reading pages. Google and its partners may use cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) to display ads, allowing ads to be selected based on your previous visits to this site or other sites.
