The Sun is the king of the planets — the giver of confidence, fame and leadership. An afflicted Sun makes a person egoistic and short-tempered, strains relations with the father and with authority, and troubles the areas of the chart it owns, occupies or aspects.
For Surya-shanti, 31,000 mantras are chanted followed by havan; four Brahmins complete this ritual.
The ritual is performed by learned Vedic scholars of our Pujan Mart. The havan follows the japa (about 6 hours of chanting each day). After the puja, the prasad is couriered to your home.
