How to talk to an astrologer?
Choose the astrologer of your choice on the
astrologer page — 💬 hit the chat or 📞 call button. Recharge in the wallet first, then the fee is deducted at a per-minute rate. By clicking on the astrologer's photo, you can also see his profile and reviews of the natives.
When is the fee deducted?
The fee starts only when the astrologer joins the conversation. If the astrologer does not answer or the call is rejected, ₹0 is deducted — not a single penny.
Is the first conversation free?
‘Yes’! New users get a few minutes absolutely FREE when they join Astrologer for the first time — check out the green 🎁 banner on the Astrologer page. The normal rate applies only when the free minutes expire.
What should I do if astrologers are busy?
Press "🔔 Tell as soon as you're free" on the card — you'll get an instant notification as soon as the astrologer is free. "🔔 Tell when you come online" is also available for offline astrologers. If you want, 📩 send a written question from Ask Questions — astrologers give detailed answers later.
When will the video call come?
Video consultations will begin soon — chat and audio calls are available now.

How to recharge? Is there an offer?
Recharge
my account → wallet with UPI/Card/Net-Banking .
Bonus on the first recharge and an additional % bonus on the big recharge — the offer bar appears in the wallet.
How to get refund?
In case of service problem
Refund PolicyView and open a support ticket — after verification, the amount is returned to the wallet/original payment method.
Do you get GST invoice?
Yes — GST invoice is generated on purchases which contains HSN/SAC and tax details.

report page (career, marriage, children, etc.) — the expert-reviewed PDF comes to your account after payment; You can also chat/call the team in the same thread.

Where did the order reach, how to see?
My account shows the status-timeline (packaged → shipped → delivered) and courier-tracking of each order in → Orders; I also get an email on every change.
Are gemstones/rudrakshas real?
Yes — all products are certified and invoked. Complete details are available on each product page.
