Saturn: To give peace / strength to Shani, Saturday fast, Hanuman Chalisa, chanting 'Om Sham Shanishcharaya Namah' and Shani-Dev/Hanuman-Puja are the best. Gemstone Blue Sapphire is worn in Panchadhatu/Silver, in Madhyama — but it is intense, so do not wear it without testing/consultation. Donations of oil, iron, black commodities and urad and service to the poor and the elderly are especially beneficial.
